The information in English, German, Italian, Russian, Netherlands, French and Polish language about the charges for handling, forwarding, customs clearance as well as forwarding instructions and the contact details of the forwarding agent in the country of the shipper (sender) are available at BTG Expo GmbH head office in Frankfurt-am-Main.
